We produce seedless table grape and seed. Our grape is meaty average diameter is 16 to 25 millimeters depending on variety. The skin color is different depending on the variety, can look greenish or yellowish, red, purple, blue or black tones. Its pulp is juicy and sweetish.
Due to new market trends table grapes, where industry seedless varieties, 2,002 ITUM was created (company Research and Technology Table Grape SL) to try to get new varieties of this fruit with greater adaptation to the production area and could compete with other producers such as California, South Africa, Israel and Italy.
The Plum is a founding partner of ITUM. We also cooperate with other international breeders as SUNWORLD, SNFL, IFG and others.
This project will also collaborate IMIDA (Murciano Research Institute and Agricultural Development and Agri-Food) and the INIA (National Institute for Agricultural Research). At present this initiative accredits Murcia as a national reference in the cultivation of table grapes.
Currently 70% of table grape varieties produced in the region are apirenas, the remaining 30% belong to the more traditional seed varieties.

Origin of Tables Grapes

Table grapes benefits for health
Among the nutrients that provide grapes include sugars and vitamins.
