Actually, that&#8217;s quite a true story. Panettone cake was created by an Italian baker, Toni, who lived in Milan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panettone became a great success story of a creative recipe because originally nothing turned out as he planned. Panettone cake was born thanks to Toni&#8217;s mistake after working so hard on Christmas Eve. Toni made, at the same time, a batch of bread and a cake dough, according to his boss&#8217;s request. Due to being too tired, he ended up adding the fruit for the cake in the bread dough and then he tried to fix the slip-up he made by adding candied fruit, butter and eggs to the recipe as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When he brought the &#8220;bread cake&#8221; to his boss, the last-minute creation amazed him and as you know, this was a hit across the city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since then, Panettone flavours have been created everywhere, which is why we have brought you our favourite. Today we bring you our\u00a0 Panettone cake with grapes, which is a great idea for Christmas!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Filling ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chocolate drops<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 jar of condensed milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Powdered milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grapes: 500g<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Doughs ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">120g sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">120g margarine<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250g water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10g dry chemical yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500g wheat flour\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Dough cooking instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whisk all the ingredients (excluding the flour) in a blender for two minutes. Then pour into a bowl and add the flour and mix thoroughly until the dough becomes quite uniform. Put the dough aside, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest for 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next add the chocolate drops, combine the dough and mould it. Once the dough is formed, grind the grapes and lay on top of the dough then bake for about 40 minutes at 180 \u00b0C or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">356<\/span><b>\u00b0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s fill our Panettone!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put the margarine, condensed milk and the powdered milk in a saucepan and blend well until thickened and let it cool. Then mix the crushed grapes into the mixture.
