Maybe even that a grape is technically a berry? Such a versatile fruit is grown on almost every continent and comes in all shapes, sizes and colours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grapes can be eaten raw or consumed in some of our favourite products, such as wine, jelly, juice, raisin, vinegar and grape seed oil. Grapes have a similar profile to tomatoes, which is why they could be substituted for them in recipes requiring them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This dish gives a simple elegance with a touch of Mediterranean. The salmon fillets served on a bed of spinach and topped with a delicious grape sauce are a nutritious match that will leave diners feeling like having seconds.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 cups El Ciruelo seedless red grapes, halved.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp salt, ground mustard and dried thyme, crushed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tsp ground pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 salmon fillets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp honey.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tsp olive oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 g spinach leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tsp chopped garlic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup dry red wine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Let &#8216;s do it!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><b>1st.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix together the salt, mustard, thyme as well as the pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2nd.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spread the salmon fillets with the honey and sprinkle them with the seasoning mixture; once you&#8217;ve done it, set the remaining seasoning mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3rd.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a non-stick saucepan, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil of the salmon fillets on both sides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4th.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine the spinach and garlic with the remaining teaspoon of oil in a baking dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5th. <\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place the salmon on top of the spinach, line with aluminium foil and bake in the oven at 180\u00b0C\/356 \u00b0F for 10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6th.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saut\u00e9 the grapes in the saucepan you used for the salmon.
