So, forget those expensive gifts and try this delicious heart-shaped cake with El Ciruelo seedless red grapes, you&#8217;ll hit the nail on the head for sure!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 gr El Ciruelo seedless red grapes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 puff pastry sheet<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 ml milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 egg yolks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 tbsp sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40 g cornflour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tablespoon vanilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Icing sugar, as desired<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Let &#8216;s do it!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1st. Once the puff pastry is at room temperature, flour a smooth surface and then roll out the dough.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2nd. Place the puff pastry on a heart-shaped mould or, if you do not have one, simply cut out the dough to form a heart shape, leaving the edges lifted by several overlapping strips placed around the edges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3rd. Prick the centre using a fork to prevent it from swelling and bake in the oven at 180\u00ba \/ <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0356<\/span><b> \u00b0F<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. until it is golden brown, around 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4th. Let it cool while we make the pastry cream. We will use a bowl suitable for the microwave to do this. Mix all the ingredients (the milk, the two egg yolks, the sugar, the cornflour and the vanilla) and blend them with the mixer. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power. Take it out and use a wooden spoon to stir it again. Microwave again, but this time for 2 minutes. Then remove it and stir it again, and keep on stirring until it gets a consistency. Usually two stirs are enough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5th. Now, spread the pastry cream over the puff pastry shaped into a heart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6th.
