Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 sempre recomend\u00e1vel usar um bom vinho para cozinhar: um bom vinho far\u00e1 um bom ensopado.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes (4 pessoas):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 250 gramas de uvas do Grupo El Ciruelo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 3 dentes de alho<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 3 Cebolas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tomilho<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Alecrim<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 800 gramas de lombo de porco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 200 gramas de vinho tinto<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 100 gramas de caldo de galinha<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1\/2 colher (caf\u00e9) de pimenta da Jamaica<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pimenta preta mo\u00edda<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1\/4 colher (caf\u00e9) de noz-moscada<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Azeite extra virgem<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 colher (sopa) rasa de a\u00e7\u00facar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aque\u00e7a uma panela grande (que vai caber todo o lombo) com um pouco de azeite extra virgem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bata o alho para quebr\u00e1-lo um pouco e descasque as cebolas; se forem muito grandes pode cort\u00e1-las ao meio. Coloque-os no \u00f3leo quente para que soltem o sabor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicione as uvas lavadas e secas do Grupo El Ciruelo \u00e0 panela, adicione sal, tomilho e alecrim e refogue em fogo m\u00e9dio-alto por cerca de tr\u00eas minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorpore o lombo, temperado a gosto para dourar ao redor, vire e continue mexendo as uvas, o alho e as chalotas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retire o lombo quando estiver dourado e as uvas. Mantenha o alho e as cebolas na panela, abaixe o fogo e adicione o vinho, o caldo, um raminho de alecrim, a pimenta da Jamaica, a noz-moscada e o sal. Cozinhe por alguns minutos, mexendo ocasionalmente, at\u00e9 reduzir em um ter\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em seguida, adicione o lombo para terminar de cozinh\u00e1-lo com o vinho. Dependendo de qu\u00e3o grosso \u00e9 e qu\u00e3o rosado voc\u00ea gosta, levar\u00e1 mais ou menos tempo. Ent\u00e3o ele brinca com a temperatura para que o vinho diminua enquanto o lombo cozinha. Antes de retirar do fogo, acrescente tamb\u00e9m as uvas e o a\u00e7\u00facar para que o molho de vinho caramelize.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corte o lombo em fatias e sirva nos pratos acompanhado das uvas.
