E se rechearmos a pe\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m com am\u00eandoas picadas, tomate seco e damasco, manjeric\u00e3o fresco e especiarias, o \u00eaxtase \u00e9 garantido. Por isso, trazemos-lhe esta deliciosa receita:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ingredientes para 4-6 pessoas:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 kg de lombo de porco cortado para rechear<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 nectarinas m\u00e9dias de El Ciruelo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 gr de am\u00eandoas cruas picadas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tomates secos em \u00f3leo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 damascos secos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 ml de vinho doce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 folhas frescas de manjeric\u00e3o<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 colher de ch\u00e1 de canela<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 colher de ch\u00e1 de cominho em p\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Azeite de oliva<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sal e pimenta preta<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Misture as am\u00eandoas com os tomates secos e uma pitada de sal e pimenta e amasse no pil\u00e3o. Adicione os damascos e as especiarias e continue at\u00e9 obter uma pasta mais ou menos homog\u00eanea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descasque a nectarina e pique finamente metade. Reserve a outra metade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disponha o lombo num tabuleiro e tempere ligeiramente com sal e pimenta. Impregne com a mistura de am\u00eandoa, deixando alguns cent\u00edmetros limpos de cada lado. Distribua a nectarina picada por cima e enrole. Amarre com barbante de cozinha e tempere novamente. Se houver tempo, guarde na geladeira por algumas horas ou durante a noite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o forno a 180\u00ba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corte as quatro nectarinas restantes em duas partes e retire o caro\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aque\u00e7a uma ca\u00e7arola em fogo alto e doure o lombo por dois minutos de cada lado, depois de untado com azeite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coloque as nectarinas com a carne virada para cima \u00e0 volta do lombo e leve ao forno durante 20 a 30 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retire a forma do forno e deixe o lombo descansar por 10 ou 15 minutos embrulhado em papel alum\u00ednio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leve novamente a ca\u00e7arola ao lume m\u00e9dio e junte o vinho e um pouco de \u00e1gua ou caldo de carne. Adicione o suco que o lombo soltou no papel alum\u00ednio.
