Social
projects
We want to make a positive impact on society and improve the lives of those who need it most. Because our commitment goes beyond agriculture, we want to care for the planet, and to achieve this. We promote more than 25 initiatives and projects each year that aim to help and improve people's well-being.
Red Cross
We make regular donations of fruit to promote the consumption of healthy foods and fruit among children in situations of social exclusion, supporting their well-being and daily nutrition.
Jesús Abandonado
We collaborate with Jesús Abandonado by making an annual donation of grapes for New Year´s Eve, which are distributed to more than 400 elderly people cared for by the organization.
Little Sisters of the Poor
We make regular fruit donations to support vulnerable and/or socially excluded elderly people to help them access fresh and nutritious food.
The Home of the Good Samaritan
We provide regular donations of fruit to people in emergency situations, at risk or in situations of social exclusion, helping to improve their access to healthy food.
Ronald McDonald Childern´s Foundation
We collaborate regularly with the Family Room of the Virgen Arrixaca hospital in Murcia, a space intended for the families of children hospitalized for long periods of time.
In addition to donating fruit, we actively participate in initiatives such as organizing charity markets and visits from our staff as volunteers, handing out teddy bears, and sharing special moments.
Spanish Association Againt Cancer
We collaborate with the association in the Region de Murcia by donating fruit every month to the waiting rooms of cancer patients at our main hospital Virgen Arrixaca.
A small gesture with which we support patients and families by offering them our best products.
Abraham Proyect
We join the social work of the Ahraham Project Association through the collection of solidarity clothing.
We have set up accessible collection points at our Alhama and Cieza locations, where the entire team can leave clothes, they no longer use to give them a second life.
Abraham proyect is responsible for giving these clothes a second life to help those who need it the most.
A simple initiative, but with a great impact, both socially and environmentally, by reducing waste and promoting the circular economy.
AUARA Project
We are ambassadors for AUARA, and we use their water at our facilities to raise awareness of the brand and its work.
This social enterprise dedicates its profits to funding projects that facilitate access to clean drinking water, with the goal of bringing clean water to more than 200.000 people in the next 5 years.
VALENCIAS TRAGEDY
To support the recovery of the areas affected in the Valencian community by the 2024 DANA storm, we made donations of material to both towns and the Santa Ana school in the Algemesí, helping the centers and communities to resume their activities as soon as possible.
Sponsorship for the Cátedra UMU
We collaborate as sponsors of the Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Murcia, an alliance that supports us in the development of actions in this field.
Re-educated project
Since 2017, we have been collaborating in Brazil with the Executive Secretary for the Resocialization of incarcerated individuals, with the goal of promoting their reintegration into society through work.
We are the only grape producer in Brazil with this project, for which we received the “Resgata” certificate from the Brazilian Ministry of Justice, certifying our commitment to social responsibility.
Solidary Natal
We gathered our staff in Brazil to sponsor childer at the daycare and donate a gift.
The day before christmas, we visited the center to personally deliver the gifts, along with a letter to share a special moment with all the children during this festive saason.
Ethical Trade Forums
Since 2015 we have been carrying out this collaborative initiative to promote better working conditions within the spanish agri-food sector through participation in different talks free of charge.
Blood donations
We coordinate blood donations at our own facilities in conjunction with the Regional Blood Donation Center.
This allows our team to participate while balancing work and personal life, promoting a selfless act that improves many lives.

At El Ciruelo, we are committed to responsible agriculture, where we reuse and make the most of available resources. To go more further, we respect natural environment by leaving the soil even better than before with each crop.
FOR A BETTER FUTURE
A step towards
zero emissions
Renewable energy and carbon footprint
We are committed to renewable energy through photovoltaic installations of up to 800kW at our facilities in Cieza and Alhama, capable of covering 90% of demand during peaks of production hours.
We continue to expand this commitment with 11 farms already equipped with photovoltaic systems and one about to balance its generation and consumption.
This approach also helps us reduce our carbon footprint through a thorough emissions analysis and the continuous improvement of our processes and resources.
Conservation of species and animals in the wild
Or Labrunier I farm in Brasil is an authorized area for receiving and releasing animals and bird thanks to its preserved vegetation typical of the Caatinga biome.
Thanks to the collaboration of entities such as IBAMA, INEMA, and FPI, we have already been able to return more than 100 animals to nature, reinforcing our commitment to the protection of biodiversity.
Innovation for biodiversity
We develop different initiatives that promote biodiversity on our farms.
Among them are:
- The Linvin Gro program, which integrates beneficial insects, plants, and microorganisms.
- Plant Cover to improve the soil and promote beneficial fauna.
- Biological Pest Control through the release of natural enemies without the use of chemical pesticides.
- Insect hotels and beehives to promote pollination and key ecosystem species.
100% Organic production
We have a production line certified as 100% organic, based on sustainable agricultural practices that eliminate the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers.
The initiative contributes to the preservation of biodiversity, soil health, and a more environmentally friendly agricultural model.
Sustainable packing
We are moving towards a circular economy by using packing made from 100% recycled and recyclable RPET plastic, as well as recycled cardboard.
These measures reduce our reliance on virgin materials and minimize our environmental footprint in waste management.
Localized Irrigation Systems and Water Resource Optimization
We have incorporated localized irrigation systems that apply water precisely where the crop needs it, along with technologies such as soil moisture sensors and weather stations.
This allows us to adjust irrigation in real time according to the specific need of the crop.
In this way, we improve water efficiency, minimize water consumption, and prevent nutrient runoff, ensuring optimal use of resources.
